Competition rules
The City of Oulu will hold a prize draw starting at the 2nd November. The draw campaign ends at 12 am on 14.12.2020.
The prize is the Oura heath technology ring (approximate price 280 euros) through a direct competition in the campaign page and social media. During the campaign, one (1) prize will be drawn.
Overview
The City of Oulu has the right to publish the names of the winners on its website and on its social media channels. Personal data may be shared in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
By participating in the competition, you accept these rules.

2. Start and end dates of the draw and eligibility
The start and end dates of the draw will be clearly stated on the campaign website at tulevaisuus.oulu.com. If there is reason to suspect a draw entry of fraudulent or illegal participation, the organizer has the right to refuse participation.
3. Selection of winners
The winners will be drawn randomly among all those who take part in the draw. Winners will be notified personally. If the winner is not reached within a week, the organizer has the right to choose another winner to replace him/her.
4. Awards

8. Responsibilities of the organizer and the participant in the competition
